Welcome to Reely. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Reely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Reely is a mobile application that allows you to save, organize, and discover short-form video content (reels) from supported platforms. We currently support TikTok reels and may add support for other platforms in the future.

3. Account and Registration

You must create an account to use Reely. You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The reels you save are links to content hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok). We do not claim ownership of that content. Reely, our logo, and our branding are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Reely integrates with third-party services (TikTok, Google, Apple, Supabase, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reely and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
